I remembered back then 7 years ago that the company was just a small office but now we had moved to a bigger office. Although we still operate from one office now, our office is bigger and my vision is still there; to become the best property company in Singapore .. maybe even worldwide. Sometimes in my dreams, I saw myself as a very successful international property director. The vision is there and my passion is here; it all starts with our service to you. Advance Link Properties Pte Ltd was set up on 2001 with the dream of becoming one of the top property company in Singapore . I had a dream one night about Singapore during WW2. In my dream, I saw many homeless people and starvation. When I woke up, I suddenly felt inspired to help as many people as possible to find their ideal home. Sounds lame? Haha.. but it's true. Profit of course is a motivation for me as it is for humans but before profit, I place my passion first. Desmond Poon K W
